“ 6 Months No Mortgage” Giveaway
 1. How to Enter
All homes that are purchased between 04/01/2008 and 11/30/2008 will
qualify for this program.

Eligibility.
To be eligible to enter you must be a resident of Arizona at the
time of entry and at least 18 years old. GDM must have a valid residence
address for you on file the date of the drawing. If you change your
residence address after you enter, send your new address in writing
to GDM Investment Group, Corp.– Corporate Office, 2942 N 24th
Street – Suite 201, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Failure to submit a
change of address may cause you to become ineligible. Only one entry
per household. Entries made by any method other than those described
herein are prohibited. All entries become the property of GDM. Employees
of GDM, its subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, advertising agency
and members of the immediate families of GDM, its subsidiaries and
affiliates are not eligible.
3. Giveaway
Period.
The giveaway period will commence April 1, 2008,
and run continuously until November 30, 2008. The
Winner will be determined by a random drawing on or about 14 days
after November 30, 2008, from all eligible entries. The odds of
winning the Giveaway will depend on the number of eligible entries.
GDM reserves the right to shorten or extend the giveaway period
or commence a subsequent Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Entries must be received by 5:00 pm November 30, 2008
and entries are effective on the date and time they are received
during the Giveaway period.
4. Prize.
One prize will be awarded. The winner must be an owner-occupant
of a home purchased through GDM Investment Group, Corp. The prize
is 6 of the buyers mortgage payment , up to $7,800. If the outstanding
balance of the winner's mortgage on the date of the drawing is less
than or equal to $7,800. the maximum pay-off is the outstanding
balance of the mortgage on the date of the drawing. If the outstanding
balance of the winner's mortgage on the date of the drawing is greater
than $7,800. the maximum pay-off is $7,800.
5. Notification
and Payment.
The winner will be notified in writing at his or her residence on
record with GDM, by U.S. mail or courier service within one week
after the drawing. All decisions are final and binding. If, after
three (3) attempts, the notification cannot be delivered to winner,
the winner will be disqualified and a new winner selected. Winner
must contact GDM in accordance with the instructions on the notice
and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within
ten (10) days after notification in order to claim the prize. Failure
to complete these steps within that period will result in disqualification
of the selected winner and a new winner will be selected from remaining
eligible entries. The winner will be paid through a “joint
check” process wherein GDM will make a check payable to the
winner and the Mortgagor for the balance of the winner’s mortgage
up to the limits described herein. Payment will be made within fourteen
(14) days from the date the winner was announced in the amount established
by the Mortgagor.
6. Publicity
Release.
The Winner's acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for
GDM, its subsidiaries, affiliates or advertising agency to use Winner's
name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information,
voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of
media, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.
7. Taxes,
Fees, Premiums & Penalties.
The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees & penalties associated
with the prize and the condominium, including but not limited to
property taxes, capital taxes, gift taxes, income taxes, homeowner’s
insurance premium, private mortgage insurance payments, home owner’s
association payments, additional mortgage payments incurred after
the original close of escrow, mortgage pre-payment penalties, any
liens, judgments, assessments or other encumbrances filed on the
property and such taxes and fees shall not be included in the prize.
8.
GDM maintains the right to disqualify or deny any and all entries
who in GDM’s sole opinion is suspected of attempting to disrupt
or defraud the Giveaway in any way. GDM has the right and will seek
to the fullest extent of the law, legal redress against anyone suspected
of engaging in these acts.
9. Indemnity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner shall indemnify,
defend and hold harmless GDM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents,
employees, officers and directors of the all of the foregoing, against
any and all liability and claims of whatever kind of nature, including
attorney fees, arising or alleged to arise out of or in any way
related to or connected to the Giveaway.
10.
Choice of Laws.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the
rights and obligations of you and Sponsor in connection with the
Giveaway, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the
substantive laws of the State of Arizona without regard to Arizona
choice of law rules. Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice
and at any time, to terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part,
or modify Giveaway in any way, should any factor interfere with
its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules.
